Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, personal care and cosmetic products must be unopened and have their seals intact.
- Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.
- If your return is approved after 30 days or if the item is not in its original condition (damaged or opened seals), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
