Dispatch Times

• Monday to Friday: Orders placed and received before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day.
• Saturdays: Orders placed before 10:30 AM will be dispatched the same day.
• Sundays & Public Holidays: Sunday is a non-working day. Orders placed on Sunday or during Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that during public holidays, our dispatch schedule may vary depending on Royal Mail’s operating hours. As many postal facilities do not operate on these days, orders will be processed on the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.

Delivery Address

Accuracy is key! Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Conscious By Nature cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
